Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Claims Specialist based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Claims Specialist will process, evaluate, and resolve claims efficiently within established timelines. Responsibilities include gathering and assessing claim-related documents, liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring claims meet compliance standards, and maintaining accurate claim records. The role also involves investigating discrepancies, providing exceptional customer service, and generating regular reports for claims analysis and improvement.
