Job Description

We’re Hiring: Global Claims Coordinator

process coordination, data management, and cross-functional collaboration

What you’ll do:

Coordinate and track claims processes across international teams.
Ensure smooth progression of claims through their lifecycle and support handlers in meeting KPIs.
Prepare and automate reports using
Excel, PowerPoint, CoPilot, and AI tools
.
Manage department records, communications, and intranet content.
Support audits, compliance activities, and system access management.
Collaborate with global stakeholders to drive continuous improvements.

What we’re looking for:

✅ 5+ years in administrative/coordination roles (preferably in a multinational environment)

MS Office, SAP, Salesforce, Teams

AI/digital tools

✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

✅ Flexible, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
