Job Description

plans, executes, and closes out new construction or renovation projects for retail spaces, ensuring they meet project scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards. Key responsibilities include managing design and construction phases, coordinating with stakeholders like architects and contractors, overseeing vendors for civil work, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. They also handle project planning, budgeting, risk management, and reporting, requiring strong technical knowledge in civil engineering and leadership skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Management:Develop project plans, set objectives, define scope, and manage project execution from initiation to completion.
  • Budget & Resource Management:Oversee project budgets, control costs, manage procurement processes, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination:Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project flow and coordination.
  • Construction Oversight:Coordinate design and construction activities, monitor construction progress, and ensure adherence to designs and quality standards.
  • Compliance & Safety:Ensure all construction practices and site conditions meet regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and building standards.
  • Reporting & Documentation:Prepare and present project status reports, maintain project documentation, and create detailed reports for stakeholders.
  • Risk Management:Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues as they arise during the project lifecycle.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Technical Expertise:Strong technical knowledge in civil engineering principles and practices.
  • Leadership & Communication:Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills to foster collaboration and manage teams effectively.
  • Organizational Skills:Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving:Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex issues and make informed decisions.
  • Retail Industry Understanding:A keen understanding of the specific needs and challenges of retail construction projects.
  • Education:A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is often required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
