Job Description

EXP; 2 TO 3 YEARS * Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, minutes, and other materials for board meetings, general meetings, and committee meetings. Record Keeping: Maintain statutory registers, including shareholder registers, director registers, and other legal records. Compliance: Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other relevant laws and regulations. Documentation: Draft resolutions, agreements, and other company secretarial documents. Filing: Prepare and file statutory forms and returns with relevant regulatory bodies, such as the Registrar of Companies (ROC). Communication: Communicate with shareholders, stakeholders, and external advisors. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the company secretary, including managing correspondence, organizing documents, and other tasks. Skills and Qualifications: Strong organizational and time management skills . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Knowledge of company law, corporate governance, and relevant regulations . Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software . Ability to work independently and as part of a team . Additional Responsibilities (depending on the role): Supporting the team in preparing for IPO documents. Handling compliance related to foreign companies. Coordinating with various external and internal stakeholders. Managing directors' KYC and due diligence. Assisting in the preparation of annual reports. Overseeing PR relating to aspects of financial management.
