Civil Maintenance Engineer

Location: Sonipat, Haryana

Department: Infrastructure, Campus Operations and Estate Development

Position 1: Manager (Maintenance)

Experience: 12+ years

Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Overall maintenance of the academics and other areas in terms of (civil) masonry, glass, wood, paint, and aluminium.
• New Projects and Renovations limited up to the budget as per the JGU requirements
• Managing Stock of the materials for day-to-day activities.
• Internal Team Management & Vendor Management for Operations & Projects.
• Technical know-how to the downline team for better results.
• Overall maintenance of the Academics and other areas in terms of (Civil) Masonry, Glass, Wooden, Paint, and Aluminium.
• New Projects and Renovations limited up to the budget as per the JGU requirements
• Managing Stock of the materials for day-to-day activities.
• Internal Team Management & Vendor Management for Operations & Projects.
• Preparation of BOQ & Tender Documents for Projects.

Position 2: Supervisor (Maintenance)

Experience: 1-2 years

Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Project delivery for JGU Campus building maintenance, facility meetings with supporting staff, vendor and resources management and Coordination with internal departments.
• Preparing and responsibility of all documentation work of Civil subhead maintain proper records file, Check and verifying Contractors Bill, preparing BOQ and Site measurements Work cost estimating, Budget records, preparing of intents, NFA, vendor bill, Store requisition with follow-up inter departments Etc.
