Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Entire responsibility of Civil Maintenance of Offices located in company's franchised area.
Monitor the work progress of offices constructed at various phases & to ensure that the work is carried out as per the drawing.
Checking of contractors bills & preparation of SES in SAP.
Creation of PR in SAP.
Maintaining of IMS documents including all relevant formats & checklist.
Strict adherence to organizational and IMS policies
Continually develop the skills and knowledge
Responsibilities are however not limited to the above and are subject to change at the sole discretion of Management based on organizational needs.
