Role & responsibilities

Develop and implement maintenance strategies
for colony infrastructure, utilities, and equipment, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans.
Conduct routine inspections
to identify potential issues and ensure uninterrupted operations.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures
, including diagnosing problems and executing corrective measures.
Perform preventive maintenance tasks
to minimize downtime and enhance reliability.
Identify and implement improvements
to optimize equipment performance and reduce costs.
Collaborate with other departments
to align maintenance activities with operational goals and minimize disruptions.
Maintain accurate documentation and records
of maintenance schedules, repair logs, and performance metrics.
Manage spare parts inventory
, including ordering and tracking delivery schedules.
Monitor and control maintenance budgets
