Role & responsibilities We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Procurement Officer with a strong understanding of construction and interior materials, including civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and finishing items . The ideal candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end procurement from understanding client requirements to material delivery with strict adherence to timelines. Understand client requirements and technical specifications shared by the project/site team. Coordinate with clients and internal teams for any clarification related to materials or BOQ. Conduct site visits when required to gather accurate inputs before sourcing. Identify suitable vendors and collect competitive quotations within 3 working days. Submit offers/comparative statements for client approval. Upon PO confirmation, follow up with vendors, collect materials, and arrange timely delivery to the client site. Ensure quality and quantity checks during procurement and maintain basic documentation. Maintain proper records of POs, delivery challans, invoices, and vendor communications. Knowledge of civil materials, carpentry hardware, electrical fittings, plumbing components, and interior finishing items Ability to interpret material specifications, BOQs, and basic drawings Vendor sourcing, negotiation, and purchase coordination Basic documentation and use of MS Excel/Word Effective communication and follow-up skills Time-bound execution and local travel readiness Preferred candidate profile Any Degree / Diploma (Engineering or Non-Engineering) Experience in procurement for civil/interior/MEP works preferred (03 years)
Role & responsibilities The Safety Officer will support the implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices at commercial building project sites. The role involves conducting safety briefings, monitoring site activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and assisting in the preparation of method statements Conduct daily Tool Box Talks (TBT) to raise safety awareness among workers. Ensure all site workers are using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow safety protocols. Perform routine site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with HSE regulations. Assist in the preparation and implementation of Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and Work Method Statements (WMS) for all civil, electrical, and structural maintenance activities. Maintain documentation of safety checks, incident reports, and corrective actions. Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to enforce safety procedures. Report unsafe acts, near misses, and incidents, and follow up on preventive measures. Promote a culture of safety through on-site engagement and awareness programs Preferred candidate profile Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Safety Engineering / Industrial Safety / Civil Engineering. 03 years of relevant experience, preferably in commercial building maintenance or construction projects. Basic knowledge of civil, electrical, and structural site operations. Familiarity with SWMS, WMS, risk assessment , and incident reporting procedures. Strong observation skills and a proactive approach to identifying safety risks. Good communication skills and ability to interact with workers and site teams.
