Civil Engineer(Manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test mechanical systems and components.
• Perform engineering calculations, analysis, and simulations to ensure design integrity.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and specifications using CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and procurement.
• Monitor and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency and safety.
• Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve mechanical issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.
• Assist in material selection, cost estimation, and procurement.
• Participate in project planning, timelines, and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in mechanical design, development, and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of CAD software and engineering tools.
• Understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and materials science.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and machine operations.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in automotive, HVAC, or industrial sectors.
• Knowledge of 3D modeling and simulation software.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
• Certification in engineering design or maintenance.
