Civil Engineer-Site execution (CETP)

Job Overview:

Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical & Drawing Review

• Review and interpret construction drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare detailed material statements, specifications, and reconciliation reports.
• Coordinate with design/engineering teams to obtain technical clarifications and update drawings as required.

2. Site Coordination & Execution Support

• Coordinate daily activities with site teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Monitor progress against the project schedule and highlight delays or variances.
• Assist in manpower planning, resource allocation, and timely resolution of site issues.

3. Planning & Resource Management

• Support the preparation of micro-schedules, work plans, and resource forecasts.
• Track material consumption, delivery schedules, and inventory requirements.
• Ensure procurement timelines align with construction priorities.

4. Quality, Compliance & Safety

• Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, standards, codes, and QA/QC procedures.
• Participate in site inspections, audits, and compliance reporting.
• Coordinate rectification measures for quality issues and maintain proper documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in project execution, site coordination, and documentation.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and technical documentation.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools (preferred).
