About Us:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Civil Engineer to join a leading developer's execution and project management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities to ensure adherence to design, specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, and contractors to ensure smooth execution.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and safety compliance.
• Review and verify civil drawings, BOQs, and contractor bills.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory norms, approvals, and documentation for civil works.
• Manage material planning, procurement coordination, and vendor management related to civil works.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and proactively escalate potential delays or cost overruns.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (design, procurement, legal, marketing) to ensure project alignment.
• Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management.

Key Requirements:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a reputed institution.
• 5-8 years of experience in civil execution within luxury or high-end residential/commercial real estate projects.
• Strong understanding of high-quality finishing, premium materials, and modern construction techniques.
• Hands-on experience in managing contractors, vendors, and on-site teams.
• Good knowledge of project management tools, MS Office, AutoCAD, and construction software.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Strong eye for detail with a commitment to high standards of quality and safety.
• Experience working with luxury real estate developers or premium hospitality projects.
