Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team at Magikkraft, a

IIMA Ventures backed

construction robotics and AI startup. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing on-site coordination, ensuring project accuracy, and supporting our AI and product teams with real construction data and validation. If you have a passion for construction, AI, and data-driven decision making, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure project progress as per schedule.
Verify quantities, materials, and work execution quality on construction sites
Assist in preparing progress reports, BOQ tracking, and WBS data
Identify issues and delays and communicate timely updates to the project and product teams

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management or related field
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software
Experience with AI and data-driven decision making is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
