Role Description

We are seeking two motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineers to join our project team. This role involves supporting construction site operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety practices, and timely execution of work. The ideal candidates will have a strong academic background in Civil Engineering, working knowledge of construction materials and processes, and proficiency in technical tools like MS Office and AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day site supervision and monitoring of construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, project specifications, and safety norms.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of project reports, checklists, and documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and team members for smooth execution of work.
• Review construction drawings and assist in preparing site layouts and material requirements.
• Report project progress, observations, and issues to the Senior Engineer/Project Manager.
• Assist in problem-solving and propose practical solutions during project execution.

Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Basic knowledge of construction practices, materials, and quality standards.
• Proficient in MS Office; working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Strong communication, observation, and teamwork skills.
