Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Compliance Officer located in Bengaluru. The HR Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring the organization's HR policies comply with relevant laws and regulations. Day-to-day tasks include managing employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, maintaining compliance records, and creating and updating job descriptions. The role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure a harmonious and legally compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
• Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Strong Employee Relations skills
• Ability to create and update Job Descriptions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
