About Us

Agarwal Building Design is a growing firm engaged in building design, structural consultancy, survey works, and project management. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Civil Engineer to join our team and contribute to a wide range of construction, survey, and structural assessment projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare structural designs, drawings, and estimates for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
• Conduct site surveys, including drain surveys, building condition surveys, and NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) like rebound hammer and UPV tests.
• Supervise ongoing construction works to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with design specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and authorities for smooth project execution.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and technical certificates related to structural integrity and safety.
• Assist in project planning, cost estimation, and material calculations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech/Diploma).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and structural analysis software will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of IS Codes, building by-laws, and estimation practices.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and surveys.
