Role & Responsibilities

Site supervision and execution of residential & commercial projects
Coordinate with architects, vendors, contractors, and labour teams
Ensure quality control, safety standards, and timely completion
Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, and basic billing
Monitor materials, workmanship, and site progress
Handle day-to-day site issues independently

Requirements

Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
1–4 years of site execution experience preferred
Strong knowledge of construction practices and drawings
Ability to manage site activities independently
Proficiency in AutoCAD (basic) is an advantage
Good communication and problem-solving skills
