Role Overview We are looking for a results-driven professional who can develop the company, win projects, and build brand presence . You will be directly responsible for bringing in new business opportunities and positioning SAIN Consolidates as a trusted name in architecture + construction . Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new projects (residential, commercial, institutional). Build and maintain relationships with clients, builders, vendors, and consultants . Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and pitches . Develop partnerships with developers, real estate agents, and corporates. Work with the founder to set growth targets, systems, and strategies . Represent the company in meetings, networking events, and industry forums . Track market trends and competitors to refine company positioning. Assist in creating marketing material, social media presence, and brand promotions . Requirements Background in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing (preferably in construction / real estate / architecture ). Strong networking and relationship-building skills . Excellent communication & presentation abilities . Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision. Understanding of construction processes, costs, and client needs is a plus.
