Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer – Real Estate Projects

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in real estate construction, having 10 years of experience in billing, purchasing, and quality control. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of residential and commercial projects, managing vendor relationships, monitoring quality standards, and ensuring cost-effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities: Project Execution & Site Management:

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
• Ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and subcontractors.

Billing & Documentation:

• Prepare and verify contractor and client bills (RA Bills, Final Bills) as per project progress.
• Check measurement sheets, BOQs, and ensure correct quantity take-offs.
• Maintain and update billing records, and coordinate with the accounts department for payments.

Purchasing & Procurement:

• Prepare material requirement plans (MRP) based on project schedules.
• Source and negotiate with vendors for materials and subcontractors.
• Issue purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure material quality and availability at site.
• Maintain vendor records and ensure cost control through effective procurement management.

Quality Control & Assurance:

• Implement and monitor quality control procedures for materials and workmanship.
• Conduct regular inspections and testing of materials (cement, steel, concrete, aggregates, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with IS codes, safety standards, and company quality policies.
• Identify and resolve quality issues in coordination with the site and QA/QC team.

Coordination & Reporting:

• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and material consumption statements.
• Coordinate between site teams, management, and consultants.
• Ensure timely completion of work as per schedule and quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.E. / B.Tech) in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate or building construction projects.
• Proven expertise in billing, purchasing, and quality control.
• Good knowledge of construction materials, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and vendor management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project / Primavera, and ERP systems (if applicable).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
