Civil Design Manager

Location: Pan India Company: Enerture – Your Next Energy Solution Contact: Harish@enerture.co.in Position Summary: We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Civil Design Manager to lead civil design aspects of solar power projects across India. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in the solar industry and a solid background in civil engineering and design management. This is a leadership role requiring strategic oversight, technical design expertise, and project coordination. Key Responsibilities: Lead civil design for ground-mounted, rooftop, and floating solar projects. Prepare and review civil drawings, structural layouts, and construction plans. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and solar-specific engineering codes. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including electrical, structural, and project execution teams. Perform site assessments, soil tests, and structural load calculations. Optimize designs for cost-effectiveness, safety, and performance. Review vendor/contractor submissions and assist in technical evaluations. Support proposal preparation and tender documentation from the design perspective. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum 6 years of experience in the solar industry with exposure to utility-scale or large rooftop solar projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and other civil design software. Strong understanding of IS codes, environmental regulations, and structural integrity assessments.
