The ideal candidate will work closely with architects, contractors, and management to ensure the successful execution of construction projects, from concept to completion. Prepare and adjust BoQ (Bill of Quantities) as per project budget and approval. Coordinate with architects for design approvals and material selection. Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize construction efficiency. Create project execution plans, timelines, and flow charts. Identify and evaluate suitable contractors for project execution. Monitor construction progress and ensure no delay due to material or labor issues. Produce weekly project progress reports, cost sheets, and rework analysis.
