Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Civil & Fit-Out Project Manager to lead, coordinate, and oversee end-to-end delivery of civil construction and interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, interiors, MEP coordination, site management, and contractor supervision. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Management

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for civil and interior fit-out works.
  • Manage project lifecycle from concept to handover, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and risk evaluations.

Execution & Supervision

  • Oversee daily site operations, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Coordinate civil, interior, MEP, and specialized subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.
  • Review construction drawings, architectural layouts, and technical specifications.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when required.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, industry standards, and safety regulations.
  • Perform quality inspections, snagging, and final project audits before handover.
  • Enforce health & safety protocols and conduct toolbox talks when necessary.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
  • Manage procurement processes, including RFQs, vendor selection, and material approvals.
  • Ensure timely communication and reporting to all stakeholders.

Cost & Documentation Control

  • Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and financial forecasting.
  • Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, BOQs, work orders, and documentation.
  • Validate contractor invoices and ensure budget adherence.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in civil construction and/or interior fit-out project management.
  • Strong understanding of architectural, structural, MEP, and interior systems.
  • Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
  • Knowledge of local building regulations and safety standards.
