🧭 Role Overview Position: City Manager – Prexo Department: Supply Chain / Product Exchange Operations Location: Hyderabad Employment Type: Full-time, Contractual (typically 3 months off-roll) 📌 Key Responsibilities Team Management: Supervise Prexo Exchange Executives across hubs in your city. Productivity Oversight: Ensure high productivity and efficiency in mobile phone exchange operations. Accuracy Checks: Verify mobile pickups and system entries for correctness. Customer Feedback: Monitor and act on customer feedback and complaints. Pendency Clearance: Prioritize and resolve high-value pendency cases. Delivery Coordination: Ensure delivery personnel are available and responsive. Compliance Monitoring: Track breaches and verify CNR (Customer Not Responding) and RFR (Request for Reschedule) cases. Reporting: Share daily operational updates with central teams. 🎯 Skills & Qualifications Education: Graduate or Postgraduate Experience: 1–3 years in logistics, product exchange, or customer operations Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel and mobile device handling Soft Skills: Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities Mobility: Willingness to travel within the city and manage multiple hubs 🕒 Work Details Schedule: 6 days/week Shift: Day shift, field Contract Type: Off-roll, short-term contract Salary: Competitive, based on location and experience
