Role Overview The City Manager for Prexo will oversee Flipkarts exchange and returns operations, focusing on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will manage a team, optimize processes, and work cross-functionally to maintain high service standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee Exchange Operations: Manage product exchanges, coordinate pick-ups, and ensure accurate processing. Team Leadership: Lead and train supervisors and field staff to meet performance goals. Customer Experience: Resolve escalated customer issues and improve processes based on feedback. Data-Driven Decisions: Track KPIs, prepare reports, and use data to optimize operations. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for seamless execution. Operational Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance speed and cost-effectiveness. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Operations, or related fields. MBA preferred. Experience: 1+ years in operations handling & Team Management Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and data analysis skills. Duration : 1 Month
