Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete channel partner program in the city
  • Lead and mentor channel sales managers and key account managers
  • Drive partner performance against targets and KPIs
  • Manage city P&L and profitability standards
  • Conduct sales forecasting and market planning
  • Engage partners and teams through training, contests, campaigns
  • Resolve escalations for customers and partners
  • Present sales data and updates to management
  • Track competition activities and design city-level campaigns
  • Travel extensively within the city, 6-day working schedule

Preferred candidate profile

  • 10-15 years of B2B/channel sales experience (SaaS/ERP/fintech/MSME preferred)
  • Channel Sales
  • Proven team leadership and partner relationship skills
  • P&L ownership experience
  • Strong planning, analytical, and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder, and presentation abilities
  • High ownership, adaptability, and a growth mindset
  • Fluency in English and local language(s)
