About Company:

A USA Based MNC and key global player in woven, knitted, and expanded wire mesh products for industrial applications, Pyrotechnic airbag filters, Exhaust systems components, Customized polyester non-woven for specialized applications, and cleaning products for industrial use. Currently operates in 4 countries, serving customers in 36 countries with sales offices in 7 countries. We have a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in India near Pune.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with 2-3 years of relevant experience to take the next step in their career. You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing accounts while proactively hunting for new business opportunities within the automotive manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a solid technical understanding, a passion for sales, and a drive to achieve and exceed targets.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and generate new sales leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate new accounts and expand our market presence.

  • Build a robust pipeline of potential clients, including OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Nurture and deepen relationships with key stakeholders, including engineers, purchasing managers, and supply chain leads.

  • Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.

  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis and present tailored solutions that address specific client challenges.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.

  • Lead contract negotiations, focusing on terms, pricing, and long-term agreements.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Engineering, Production, and Quality, to ensure customer requirements are met and projects are delivered successfully.

  • Represent the company at industry trade shows and events.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 2 to 3 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably within automotive manufacturing, automotive components, or a related industrial manufacturing environment.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.

  • Compensation Bandwidth: Depends on the current earnings of the qualified candidates.
