Job Title: City Head – Motor Insurance (Agency Channel)

Location: Jamshedpur
Experience: Minimum 5+ years in Motor Insurance (Agency Channel)
Having Team Lead experience is a Plus

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development & Growth: Drive motor insurance business in the Jamshedpur region through agency channels, ensuring consistent achievement of sales and revenue targets.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of agency managers/advisors, ensuring performance and growth through regular guidance and reviews.
• Channel Expansion: Recruit, train, and manage agency partners and advisors, enabling them to achieve performance goals.
• Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with agents, partners, and stakeholders to maximize engagement and business opportunities.
• Market Strategy & Compliance: Monitor market trends, implement effective strategies for business growth, and ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Motor Insurance within the Agency Channel.
• Proven Team Lead experience with ability to guide and motivate a sales team.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive business goals at the city level.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
