Job Description

Role Description Design, deploy, and manage Citrix environments at an enterprise scale (DaaS, XenApp, NetScaler, StoreFront, Director). Configure and administer Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows 365 (W365), and Azure VMs for cloud-hosted solutions. Manage SCCM/MECM, Intune, and Ivanti AppSense for deployment, patch management, and device control. Implement and optimize Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Defender, and Active Directory for identity and security governance. Automate operating system deployment (OSD), device provisioning, and application packaging. Write and maintain PowerShell scripts for operational efficiency and automation of EUC tasks. Troubleshoot complex EUC performance, availability, and security issues across platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align EUC services with business goals. Stay current with industry trends and recommend improvements in EUC architecture and technologies. Provide Level 3 support for escalated issues and participate in root cause analysis and resolution. 8+ years of hands-on experience in End User Computing environments. Proven expertise in Citrix DaaS, XenApp, NetScaler, StoreFront, and Director. Strong working knowledge of Azure AVD, Windows 365, and Azure VMs. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for EUC automation and diagnostics. Experience in implementing and managing Microsoft Defender, Intune, and SCCM/MECM. Skilled in OS deployment (OSD), image management, and application packaging. Deep understanding of Active Directory, Entra ID, and modern endpoint security practices. Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills. Experience working in hybrid cloud environments, integrating on-prem and cloud EUC infrastructure. Familiarity with ITIL practices and service delivery frameworks.
