Cisco Voice Engineer

Position: Cisco Voice Engineer
Location: Gurugram (Work from Office)
Experience: Minimum 6 months

Shift : As per project requirement
Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain the hosted network and UC environment.
• Handle MACD (Moves, Adds, Changes, Deletions) requests.
• Manage and resolve support tickets within SLAs.
• Perform basic troubleshooting for voice, data, and UC systems.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when required.
• Apply firmware updates and assist with scheduled network upgrades.
• Investigate and resolve network and UC-related faults.
• Provide reports on network performance and status.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining network and UC infrastructure.
• Work on basic configurations and troubleshooting of Voice Gateways, Cisco Call Manager, and Cisco Unity.
• Monitor network activity and ensure smooth performance.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Basic understanding of network systems, routing, and switching.
• Knowledge of VoIP, TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, and other communication protocols.
• Basic understanding of Unified Communication tools (Call Manager, Unity, Voice Gateways).
• Preferred certifications: CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willing to work in 24x7 rotational shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
