Section : Job Purpose Statement

  • To design/ develop/ modify Electronic Modules related hardware, including logic boards, analogic boards, Circuit Design, Digital Circuit Design and power boards.
  • Design of fault free Modules observing the most common automotive safety standards.
  • HW design meeting vehicle projects target through continuous interaction with HW Architect/firmware/Integration/testing teams.
  • Direct focus on automotive VE Critical Parts:Instrument Cluster, BCM, Vehicle Sensors, Immobilisers, Navigation Devices and Infotainment

Design of HW
  • Hardware design and module development for VE system components Clusters, BCM, Immobiliser and telematics unit.
  • Strong understanding of Related Automotive Homologation requirements and EMC Design Guidelines
  • Good Exposure and Understanding on various Automotive Display Technology Components and their application and optimised usage.
  • Expert in identification of failure modes of the electronic modules and their mitigation methods
  • Develop HW using dev’p tools (ex. Spice, Orcad etc.) and simulation tools for thermal and vibration analysis, likeAnsys, Altair, etc.
  • Design of Logic board (Micro controller andFPGA/Xilinxbased), Analog board, Power board.
  • Design of key electronics components and subassemblies including mosfets, IC’s, gate drive boards, capacitor, power stage, etc.
