Cinema Manager

We are urgently looking for an experienced Cinema Manager to lead the daily operations at our PVR theatre in Siliguri. The Cinema Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of theatre operations, including staff management, customer service, box office performance, concessions, technical coordination, and compliance with health and safety standards. The goal is to ensure an outstanding movie-going experience while achieving business targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor's /Post graduate degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality or similar field is preferred.
• MBA or Diploma in Hospitality/Operations Management is a plus.
• Prior experience working with PVR or INOX is mandatory.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
• Knowledge of cinema management systems (POS, ticketing, scheduling software).
• Basic understanding of projection and AV systems is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
