Cinema Manager

We are seeking an experienced Cinema Manager who has well versed experience in Cinema/Restaurant/QSR Operations / Showbizz industry. The Cinema Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end operations, customer experience, profitability, and compliance of the cinema property. This role demands strong leadership, operational excellence, and business acumen to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning and growth.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate/Post Graduate (Hotel Management graduates preferred).
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience as Shift Manager/Restaurant General Manager/F&B Head or in Cinema Entertainment Operations.
• Strong background in Cinema/Restaurant/QSR operations and Showbiz management.
• Proficiency in business financials (ROI/EBITDA) and report preparation (MS Office & PPT).
• Clear understanding of safety measures, compliance, and operational SOPs.
• Proven team handling and leadership experience with accountability for topline and bottom-line performance.
• Experience in Food & Beverage operations is preferred.
• Willingness to be mobile and flexible for the assigned location.
