Are you passionate about movies and people management? We're looking for a dynamic Cinema Manager to join our team and take charge of day-to-day cinema operations — from ensuring top-notch customer service to handling staff, scheduling, and in-the-moment problem-solving.

What You’ll Do:

🎟️ Manage daily operations, team performance & cinema scheduling

🍿 Oversee food & beverage counters, inventory, and hygiene standards

💡 Ensure a seamless guest experience during regular and special screenings

📈 Drive footfall and improve in-house promotions

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 2–5 years of experience in hospitality/retail/cinema management

✅ Strong communication & leadership skills

✅ Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure

✅ Weekend & evening shift flexibility
