Key Responsibilities Technology Strategy : Develop, define, and implement a robust technology strategy that is fully integrated with and directly supports the company's business objectives and growth trajectory. Team Management : Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of highly skilled engineers, developers, and technical professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Innovation : Proactively identify, evaluate, and leverage new and emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies to continuously improve existing products and services, and drive the creation of new, cutting-edge solutions. Budgeting & Resource Management : Strategically manage the technology department's budget, resources, and investments, ensuring optimal allocation and return on technology expenditures. Communication & Collaboration : Collaborate effectively with executive leadership, internal stakeholders, customers, and external partners to champion technology initiatives and ensure transparent communication of technological advancements and strategic direction. Roadmap Development : Create, oversee, and drive the execution of comprehensive technology roadmaps, defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring timely and successful delivery of technology projects. Architecture & Engineering Oversight : Provide ultimate oversight for software engineering best practices, architectural decisions, and the overall quality and scalability of technological solutions. Requirements Experience : Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles, encompassing significant contributions to software engineering and robust architectural design. Technical Skills Deep expertise and hands-on experience with Cloud Computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Strong understanding and experience with Distributed Systems design and implementation. Extensive background in various aspects of Software Development, including methodologies, lifecycles, and best practices. Leadership Skills Proven strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of building, motivating, and managing high-performing technical teams. Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and engaging at all levels of the organization and with external partners. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms. Desired Qualifications (Plus Points) Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Experience with specific industry-relevant technologies or domains. Proven ability to drive digital transformation initiatives. Experience in a rapidly scaling or startup environment.
