Chief Strategy & Execution Officer

1. **Strategic Planning Alignment**

• Co-design the master execution roadmap across 15 business units
• Prioritize key initiatives and build OKRs for each vertical
• Architect internal coordination systems (dashboards, reviews, KPIs)

2. **Execution Oversight**

• Track and drive execution across all teams; eliminate bottlenecks
• Set up centralized program management office (PMO)
• Lead cadence of monthly and quarterly business reviews

3. **Founder s Vision Translator**

• Convert high-level founder vision into granular task frameworks
• Act as the founder s extension in key strategic discussions
• Lead confidential initiatives (stealth launches, pivots, internal M\A)

4. **Cross-functional Team Management**

• Oversee heads of AI, Capital, Ops, Branding, etc for synchronized output
• Drive hiring priorities and manage initial team performance reviews
• Set up incentive structures and team productivity systems

5. **Process Systems Creation**

• Implement productivity tools (Notion, ClickUp, Airtable, etc)
• Build repeatable execution frameworks using AI + templates
• Design internal training, onboarding, and SOPs for new verticals

**Ideal Profile**

Must-Haves:

• 10+ years in consulting, strategy, or operations (MBB, Big 4, unicorn/startup scaleups)
• Track record of driving multi-vertical execution (COO/Chief of Staff/VP Ops experience)
• Familiarity with AI tools, SaaS systems, and lean teams
• Founder mindset, extreme ownership, and high mental clarity
• Comfortable in 0-to-1 environments

Good-to-Have:

• Experience in startup studios or incubators
• Understanding of capital markets, M\A, or venture building
• Exposure to GCC markets or global expansion strategy
