Our MVP, the VidyaVins International Swimming School (VV-ISS) , achieved 5.4% profit after tax in 3 months , validating our model for broad expansion. Tagline: Nurture Leadership Role Overview We're seeking an entrepreneurial COO, deeply passionate about education & sports , to lead the overall growth and operational expansion of VidyaVins Education 360°. This equity-only role requires a hands-on leader to scale our successful VV-ISS and build robust operational frameworks for all future ventures. A founder-mentality, resilience, and extensive travel are essential. Key Responsibilities (Summary) * Develop and execute operational strategies for all VidyaVins Education 360° verticals . * Lead the scaling and expansion of new branches and programs . * Optimize financial performance and operational efficiency across the entire organization. * Build, mentor, and lead high-performing diverse teams. * Ensure top-tier quality, safety, and compliance. Qualifications (Summary) * Experience in senior operations leadership, ideally in multi-location education, sports, or service industries . * Demonstrated startup/scale-up experience . * Strong financial acumen and process optimization skills. * Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and adaptability. * Genuine passion for education and sports . * Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
