Position: Retail Salesperson – Field Sales (Dairy Animal Nutrition)

Location: Lucknow - UP

Role Overview

sales and retail coverage in cow & buffalo nutrition products

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Order Collection

• Daily visits to

  vet shops, dairy supply stores, agri-input retailers, dairy co-ops, and farmers

  .
• Collect orders and forward to distributor/SS for billing & delivery.
• Ensure full product placement
• Implement company’s promotional schemes & offers at retail level.

2. Retail Development in Dairy Sector

• Expand retail footprint in

  cow & buffalo nutrition

  market.
• Drive placement in outlets near dairy clusters, milk collection centers, and farmer markets.
• Ensure in-shop branding, wall paintings, posters, and product display.
• Conduct

  village-level farmer meetings

  and small demos (e.g., “benefits of supplements in increasing milk yield”).

3. Relationship Building

• Build strong relations with

  dairy farmers, retailers, and veterinary doctors

  .
• Provide product knowledge and educate on

  nutrition benefits: higher milk yield, better reproduction, healthy calves

  .
• Act as company’s

  face of trust

  at grass root level.
• Collect farmer feedback and resolve minor product/usage issues.

4. Reporting & Market Intelligence

• Submit

  Daily Call Report (DCR)

  to manager.
• Share insights on competitor brands, pricing, and schemes.
• Report stock gaps at distributor/retailer points.
• Track sales and farmer adoption trends.

Skills & Attributes

• Good communication and

  ability to explain benefits to farmers in simple language

• Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented and disciplined.
• Basic understanding of

  dairy animal care & nutrition

  .

Qualifications

• Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate in Agriculture/Veterinary/Dairy preferred).
• 1–3 years in cattle feed / veterinary / agri-input sales preferred.
