About the Company

Pioneer Horticulturist Pvt. Ltd. (PHPL) is a horticulture company engaged in the development and maintenance of landscaping works, primarily through government tenders (PWD, DDA, CPWD, etc.). In addition, the company operates its own nursery in Delhi NCR, focusing on the propagation of plants and maintaining a stock of garden accessories, supplied to government departments and private clients on both retail and wholesale basis. PHPL now aims to expand into the private sector by taking up landscaping and maintenance projects for housing societies, institutions, and corporate clients.

About the Role

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be a key member of the management team, responsible for smooth operation, business growth, and efficient administration of the company. The primary goal is to enhance operational efficiency, ensure timely project completion, secure early payment releases from government departments, and develop new business opportunities in the private sector.
