Job Description

Role Overview: As a Project Manager, your main responsibility will be to lead the local projects organization in delivering best-in-class projects to exceed customer expectations and achieve planned financial performance. You will be required to develop the necessary skills, information, and management discipline to ensure timely delivery of services at planned gross margins by leveraging HBS tools, processes, and best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of projects within the location, overseeing a team of Project Managers in collaboration with Honeywell sub-contractors to ensure project delivery in compliance with KPIs, SLAs, and both Honeywell and Customer requirements. Typical services covered include BMS Controls, fire alarm and detection systems, and security and access control systems. - Possess experience in project management with a thorough understanding of project operations and financial processes. - Demonstrate supervisory skills with the ability to effectively lead a team. - Utilize organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage conflicting priorities efficiently. - Deliver effective presentations both internally and externally when necessary. - Understand financial data at contract level and take appropriate actions indicated by variances to ensure key metrics are achieved. - Analyze operational issues, gather relevant information from various sources, identify trends, and establish cause-effect relationships. - Make well-considered decisions, take clear actions to address issues, and effectively execute plans to achieve desired results and commitments. - Manage risks by understanding implications, assessing acceptable levels of risk, and implementing actions to minimize risks. - Build and maintain effective customer relationships based on trust and mutual understanding. - Embrace change positively and guide the team through periods of change. - Delegate tasks effectively by transferring decision-making authority and task accountability to appropriate team members, providing clear timelines, deliverables, and ongoing support and feedback. - Coach and develop individuals and teams by setting challenging performance standards, providing constructive feedback, and collaboratively discussing improvement strategies. - Influence and persuade others by communicating ideas convincingly, selling the benefits of proposals, and using compelling logic. - Engage employees through timely and clear communication, valuing input from team members. - Demonstrate drive for results by showing energy, determination, and overcoming obstacles to achieve improvement and results, challenging the status quo. Qualifications Required: - Experience in project management. - Thorough knowledge of project operations and financial processes. - Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively. - Excellent organizational, presentation, financial, and operational analysis skills. - Decision-making, risk management, customer relationship management, change leadership, delegation, coaching, influencing, communication, and drive for results capabilities.,
