Group Head – Operations (COO – Execution & Controls)

Role Objective

The Group Head – Operations will be responsible for driving execution, operational discipline, and process standardisation across all group companies — ANT, JOSH, CONCEPT, and STEALTH MODE COS. The role focuses on day-to-day control, SOP implementation, MIS discipline, cross-company coordination, and reduction of promoter dependency in operations.

This is a hands-on execution role, not a strategy-only position.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all group companies
• Implement and enforce group-wide SOPs
• Set up and manage Group Operations Control Center
• Ensure MIS reporting discipline
• Drive cross-company coordination
• Ensure compliance and audit readiness
• Identify cost leakages and improve efficiency
• Build accountability across operations teams

• SOP adherence across companies
• MIS accuracy and timeliness
• Reduction in operational escalations
• Cost optimisation and efficiency gains
• Reduced promoter involvement in daily operations

Candidate Profile

• 10–14 years of experience in operations
• Multi-company or multi-location exposure preferred
• Strong execution and process mindset
• Comfortable working in promoter-led environments

Compensation Structure

• Fixed Salary: ₹12–18 LPA
• Performance Variable: ₹3–7 LPA
• Role growth based on performance

Role Growth

Based on performance over 18–24 months, the role may evolve into a full Group COO position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
