Profile - Chief Operating Officer(COO)
Key Requirements:
12 - 20 years experience in real estate or construction management
Strong in project execution, cost control & vendor management
Hands-on with government approvals, RERA & liaisoning
B.E./B.Tech (Civil) mandatory; MBA preferred
