Friends of Tribals Society (FTS) is embarking on a major digital transformation to strengthen education quality, ensure transparency in field operations, and enhance donor engagement nationwide.

We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead this journey—someone with strong technology expertise, a nation-first mindset, and a people-oriented leadership style.

Role Highlights:

• Lead FTS’s shift to a paperless, tech-enabled organisation.
• Deploy field monitoring apps, dashboards, and AI-based systems.
• Enable regional and national teams through digital tools and training.
• Ensure data security, governance, and cost-efficient tech delivery.
• Showcase donor impact through data-driven reporting and storytelling

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience in large-scale digital transformation.
• Familiarity with AI, mobile systems, and low-resource environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills (Hindi preferred).
• Alignment with FTS’s mission and grassroots values.
• Veterans of the Indian Armed Forces are strongly encouraged to apply.

Compensation will be respectable but aligned with our donor-funded ethos.
