We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our chocolate manufacturing plant. If you have a strong background in FMCG or confectionery machinery maintenance, this is a great opportunity to take charge of mechanical reliability and performance. Key Responsibilities:Manage daily mechanical maintenance of production and packaging machinesPlan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenanceMinimize downtime and ensure smooth operation of chocolate moulding, mixing, tempering, and wrapping machineryMaintain proper records of maintenance schedules and reportsLead a team of maintenance technicians and coordinate with production for timely interventionsHandle mechanical spares planning and vendor coordination Qualifications:Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical EngineeringMinimum 5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in chocolate/confectionery/FMCG industryProficient in troubleshooting, machine overhauls, and mechanical system optimization Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Shift allowance Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
