About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the daily operations of our client company and drive efficiency across all departments. The COO will be a key member of the senior management team and responsible for implementing the company’s strategic vision, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the company across all departments (e.g., HR, Finance, Sales, Production, IT).

Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and execute the company’s long-term strategic goals.

Design and implement business operations, policies, and processes to support organizational growth.

Monitor performance metrics and KPIs across departments, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Drive operational efficiencies and cost-effectiveness while maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Build a high-performing team by mentoring department heads and developing leadership capacity.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Represent the company in negotiations, partnerships, and client meetings as required.

Requirements:

Proven experience as COO, Operations Director, or in a senior managerial role in operations.

Strong understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing, and IT.

Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Analytical mindset with a problem-solving aptitude.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field; MBA preferred from Top colleges

Track record of scaling operations in a high-growth environment.

Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional collaboration and alignment.
