Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Operating Officer located in Noida. The Chief Operating Officer will oversee daily operations, develop and implement business strategies, manage budgets, and analyze financial data. This role requires close collaboration with different departments to ensure effective operational performance and maintain compliance with industry standards. The COO will also be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the management team and driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and efficiency.

• Proficiency in Budgeting
• Exceptional leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site in Noida
• Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
