And now, we’re looking for someone just like you to be a part of our next big leap. “ WHY THIS ROLE IS A GAMECHANGER FOR PRE-MBA ROCKSTARS ” If you're someone who's been in the workforce for 1–3 years maybe into consulting, venture building, strategy, or early-stage startups & are thinking about an MBA or want to gain real-world, entrepreneurial experience first, this role is your launchpad. This isn't a typical “Chief of Staff” role. This is about category creation from scratch. You’ll get to build a business vertical 0→1 inside a high-growth FMCG company that’s redefining what it means to eat healthy. You won’t be on the sidelines, in fact you’ll be driving, shaping, and executing ideas that can turn into the next big category. You’ll learn how to take an idea from paper to plate. And when it’s time for you to take your next step (MBA or otherwise), you’ll have stories, scars, and successes to show for it. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING 0→1 Execution Take ownership of new business ideas—market sizing, GTM strategies, opportunity analysis Lead pilot launches, gather feedback, and make rapid iterations Customer & Market Research Conduct deep user research to uncover needs, frustrations, and opportunities Benchmark competitors and explore whitespace for innovation Sales & Revenue Focus Set up early online/offline sales channels and build distribution strategies Drive initial revenue growth and prepare for scale Cross-Functional Hustle Work hand-in-hand with Product, Ops, Marketing, and Finance Keep everyone aligned while things move fast and change often Strategic Insight & Support Be a sounding board to leadership on high-priority projects Prepare decks, insights, and updates for stakeholders WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 1–3 years of experience in consulting, business strategy, startups, or category creation Strong analytical chops and a structured, action-oriented mindset Bonus if you’ve got a creative bent, maybe a background in literature, storytelling, or content Hungry to build from scratch and learn by doing Comfortable with ambiguity, fast pace, and big ambition Excellent communication and collaboration skills Most importantly: A real enthusiasm for creating something that doesn’t exist yet WHAT YOU’LL GET A front-row seat to scale a mission-led FMCG brand Mentorship from founders and leaders who love building from the heart Ownership, responsibility, and impact from day one Experience that will make you stand out in any future MBA or leadership journey A chance to create the next big category in the segment We’re not just looking for a “hire”, we’re looking for a fellow dreamer-doer who believes that good food can change the world.
