If you're someone who thrives in a dynamic D2C environment and enjoys turning data into growth, this role is for you. You'll be at the forefront of driving our online revenue across digital platforms, with the freedom to experiment, optimize, and make a tangible impact. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Take charge of daily operations and performance across key ecommerce platforms Monitor and fine-tune on-platform marketing campaigns (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) to drive ROI Collaborate with cross-functional teams to roll out promotions and campaigns Dive deep into data using Excel to uncover insights and identify growth opportunities Create clear, compelling reports and presentations to keep stakeholders informed Keep a pulse on the latest ecommerce trends, platform updates, and competitor movements WHAT SKILLS ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE? 2–3 years of hands-on experience in ecommerce or online revenue roles Experience with D2C brands (food industry exposure is a plus, not a must) Solid understanding of on-platform performance marketing and how to drive results Strong Excel skills for data crunching and PowerPoint for impactful storytelling Meticulous, analytical, and an excellent communicator Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment Experience with marketplace tools and ecommerce analytics platforms is a plus Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization strategies is a big plus WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
