Chief Of Staff

Role Overview: As Chief of Staff for one of Weekday's clients based in NCR, your role will involve acting as a strategic partner to the CEO. Your primary responsibilities will be driving cross-functional alignment, enabling operational excellence, and ensuring clear and purposeful scaling of the organization. You will be expected to identify and resolve organizational inefficiencies, implement processes to enhance execution, and support leadership in maintaining a high-performance culture within the engineering, product, and growth functions. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a force multiplier to the CEO by streamlining operations, leading strategic initiatives, and ensuring cross-functional accountability. - Diagnose and address organizational bottlenecks such as communication gaps, hiring friction, and performance inconsistencies to enhance speed and efficiency. - Drive strategic planning, OKR implementation, and execution cadence across teams. - Oversee people operations including team culture, performance frameworks, and hiring to ensure alignment with company goals. - Lead and support high-priority programs across departments, ensuring timely and quality execution. - Build and optimize operational processes to facilitate scaling while preserving agility and fostering a strong internal culture. - Collaborate with leadership to evaluate risks and implement mitigation strategies for people, process, and execution challenges. Preferred Qualifications: - 6-10 years of experience in consulting, high-growth startups, or product/strategy operations. - At least 3 years of experience in a program lead or operations leadership role. - MBA or equivalent experience in high-performance operating environments is a strong plus.
