Job Description

This role is for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment

and is passionate about driving operational excellence and global expansion.

You will act as a strategic support to the Managing Director, managing their priorities and freeing up their time for high-level initiatives. A major part of this role involves frequent global travel and managing projects that improve operational efficiency across all departments, fostering overall organizational growth.

Key

Responsibilities

Executive Support: Manage the Managing Director calendar, communications, and priorities to optimize their time for high-impact activities and strategic negotiations.

Follow up with all functional heads/ HOD on all pending activities as

prioritized by MD as deliverables by the HOD

Travel Management: Coordinate and sometimes accompany the Managing Director on international and domestic travel, handling all logistics, including visas and real- time itinerary adjustments.

Strategic Preparation: Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and briefing materials, including competitive analysis and forward-looking strategies for product innovation.

Confidential Communications: Handle confidential communications and record- keeping with the utmost discretion, ensuring all documentation supports strategic decisions.

Operational Excellence: Develop meeting agendas, capture minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure accountability and drive company vision.
