Role Overview

We are seeking a Chief of Staff to work closely with the CEO in driving strategic initiatives, GTM execution, and cross-functional alignment. This is a high-impact role that requires exceptional multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment aligned to US healthcare and time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with the CEO to manage priorities, align cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth execution of strategic initiatives.

• Drive GTM (Go-to-Market) strategies, ensuring coordination between product, operations, sales, and marketing teams.

• Act as a strategic thought partner to the CEO, providing insights, data analysis, and recommendations to support business decisions.

• Lead and manage special projects that require high-level planning, problem-solving, and execution across teams.

• Ensure timely follow-ups, reporting, and accountability for key deliverables across departments.

• Handle internal and external communication, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Proactively identify operational gaps and propose scalable solutions to improve efficiency.

• Maintain discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail while handling sensitive matters.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in strategy, consulting, program management, or GTM roles (preferably in SaaS, healthcare, or tech).

• Strong understanding of business strategy, GTM execution, and cross-functional workflows.

• Excellent multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-growth environments.

• Willingness to work night shifts (US timings) from the Gurgaon office.
