Job Title: Chief of Staff – Engineering & Operations Experience: 4-8 Years Company Website: www.closeloop.com Closeloop Technologies is seeking a high-performing and multi-skilled individual to support the VP of Engineering across hiring, HR operations, client engagement, project coordination, and operations. This is a high-visibility role that will give you access to cross-functional activities - spanning recruitment, customer interaction, delivery, and business operations. This role is ideal for someone with a solid technical foundation who is eager to grow into a leadership or COO-type role over time. Key Responsibilities People & Hiring Operations Own end-to-end hiring coordination: job descriptions, sourcing, interviews, follow-ups Conduct preliminary screening and discussions for candidates Support HR operations: offer rollout, onboarding process, documentation, and database maintenance Manage onboarding plans for new team members and ensure smooth ramp-up Project & Delivery Support Help track progress on selected projects: milestones, blockers, and updates Maintain documentation and reports for delivery reviews Assist in coordinating internal teams across engineering, QA, design, and product What We’re Looking For 4–8 years of experience in a multi-disciplinary role such as project coordination, technical recruitment, business operations, or strategy and Operations Prior experience in a tech startup, SaaS company, or digital services firm Excellent verbal and written communication skills Organized, proactive, and high ownership mindset Show more Show less
